Our boutique uses USPS and UPS to ship our packages to you.  We also obtain tracking numbers for every package shipped out by us.  We diligently inspect and personally pack every item that is received and shipped out from our store.  We truly want you to receive a quality product and enjoy it without problems. We care about presentation and want you to have a great experience with us!  We offer a flat rate of $3.85 for orders totaling $0 to $74.99, and free shipping for orders totaling $75 and up, on all of our products that ships within the U.S.
Need to return an item?  No problem!  We're here to help.  All of our returns are for store credit only, no refunds.  The customer is responsible for shipping charges, in the event that a return occurs.  The item(s) must be postmarked within 14 days upon receiving the order, to receive a store credit.  If an item is postmarked past that time frame, shipping charges are your responsibility, to ship the item(s) back to you. 
COVID-19 Shipping Update:  Please allow 2 business days for packaging and 6-10 business days for shipping/delivery. Many packages have stalled or delayed during this time.  
  • The item(s) will not be accepted for return if it smells of smoke, has any stains, signs of wear, animal hair, has been washed or exhibits signs of damage.  It must be in its original condition along with the tags still attached.
  • Returned shoes must be returned within its original, undamaged box, along with exterior box packaging.  Do not solely use the shoe box itself, to return the shoes in. The shoe box is a part of the items presentation and will be damaged if you return the shoes, using the shoe box as the main shipping box.  We cannot accept it as a valid return if that is done. 
  • If you feel you have received an item that has a factory defect, you must notify us within 3 days upon delivery at
  • To receive a store credit for a return, the customer must create an account at so that a credit can be issued. 
  • We strongly encourage you to request a tracking number from your shipping courier, when returning an item(s). We are not responsible for items lost in the mail, upon returning.
  • Please include your packing slip/invoice along with your return so that we may accurately apply a store credit to your account.  If you no longer have the invoice, simply include your name, email, order number, item description and reason for return within the package of your returned items.
We do not offer exchanges due to limited availability of sizes and styles.  We simply cannot guarantee that the item you need will still be in stock upon arrival of your return.  We ask that you return the item  for store credit and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, bralettes, leggings, undergarments, head wear, hair accessories, earrings, swimwear, cosmetics and eyewear are non-returnable.  All items purchased on black fridays are also non-returnable.
